Registration Costs

WBid registration fees are based on the WBid version number. If you have never registered WBid before then you are a new user and the Initial License fee applies. If you have registered a previous version of WBid, and want to change to a new version, then you are making an upgrade.

WBid registration fees are as follow:

New Users (Initial License fee) - $35.00
Major Upgrade - $30.00
Minor Upgrade - $25.00
Maintenance Releases - Free

However, there is a $5 discount if you pay by MasterCard or Visa credit card on the FigWare website.

Version Number
The first digits of the version are the "major" version number. The second set of digits are the "minor" version number. The third set of digits are the "maintenance release" number.

Example: Version 3.0.2

The major version is "3", the minor version is "0", and the maintenance release number is "2".

Registration Examples:
First time user who has never registered a previous version of WBid - This is a "New User".

Upgrading from 2.0.9 to 3.0.1 - This is a major upgrade because the major version number increased.

Upgrading from 3.0.12 to 3.1.0 - This is a minor upgrade because the minor version number increased.

Upgrading from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 - This is a maintenance release because the maintenance number increased.
