Web Browser Requirements for Registration

The registration process requires that your browser support cookies, java-script, and encryption. If you have these capabilities turned off you will not be able to register WBid online. Netscape 4.0, Internet Explorer 5.5, and subsequent versions, support these capabilities.

You can determine your browser version by selecting Help on the browser menu, then selecting About.
