| Known WBid 3.1.0 Problems
This is a list of known 3.1.0 problems.
| WBid 3.1 will not export a trip to Moostro.
This should work on Windows XP and earlier versions of Windows. However, Windows Vista has a different security engine that requires some changes. WBid and Moostro are not able to "talk" to each other yet. A fix for this problem is being studied.
| WBid will not Print
Some printers will print WBid documents with unusual fonts or settings.
This is because Windows and the print software will not allow WBid
to change the print settings.
| WBid weights and constraints menu items are grayed-out (unselectable)
This may occur if bid data converted by an older version of WBid is loaded into the new version of WBid. If this occurs delete the old bid data (File | Delete | Bid Data, select your Seat, Domicile, Bid Period, and Bid Round ... click Delete). Then use File | Open | Bid Data to reload the bid information.
| The LAS Domicile does not appear in the domicile list
When WBid 3.1 was released LAS was not an active domicile. The trick here is to let WBid retrieve the new domiciles. Do this:
- Within WBid choose File | Retrieve | Data Updates
- Close WBid
- Relaunch WBid
| WBid will not connect to the Internet
The most likely cause of this problem is that your firewall software
is blocking WBid. You must tell your firewall software to allow
WBid to connect to the Internet.
Another likely cause is that you are using the wrong password.
Be sure to use your Crew Portal password and not
your Maestro PIN.
